Local Arriva bus lines offer the following connections: Koper - Izola - Portorož - Piran and Piran - Portorož - Lucija, as well as connecting Piran with smaller towns in the hinterland.
From 1st June 2020, traveling by public busses in Municipality Piran is only possible with a valid ticket, which has to be purchased before entering the vehicle in one of the stores in the Municipality of Piran. You can buy tickets also with a credit card directly on the bus.
